Everyone needs healthy forests, rivers and seas to survive. By protecting our wildlife, natural ecosystems and resources, WWF-Malaysia is helping to protect our livelihoods, fresh water, food security and clean air. Nature is also our best ally in the fight against climate change. Please donate to protect nature so we can safeguard our good quality of life and protect our future. Thank you very much for your meaningful contribution.
You will get a tax exemption receipt and thank you gift (varies according to donation amount and delivered within Malaysia only) for your important and valuable donation.
Did you know that tigers are key to healthy forests, which we need for clean air, fresh water, climate change mitigation, and so much more? Sadly, our critically endangered tigers are severely threatened by poaching and habitat loss. Please donate today to save tigers, save forests, and save ourselves.
SAVE OUR MALAYAN TIGERSSea turtle populations are plummeting due to loss of nesting and feeding habitats, egg collection for consumption and trade, and fishery-related mortality. Sea turtles are key to healthy marine ecosystems, which we need for seafood and climate change mitigation, as well as to sustain coastal communities and ecotourism. We need to act now to save our sea turtles.
SAVE OUR SEA TURTLESBornean orangutans play a crucial part in keeping forest ecosystems healthy. Sadly, their numbers are declining due to habitat degradation caused by unsustainable logging practices, unsustainable land-use planning and forest conversion.
SAVE OUR ORANGUTANSThese endemic Bornean elephants are losing their homes and families. With only about 1,000 of them left in the wild in Sabah, urgent and continuous actions need to be taken in order to conserve these gentle giants.
SAVE OUR BORNEAN ELEPHANTSThese amazing creatures capture our imaginations. Yet tragically, they are being killed faster than they can reproduce. The main threat? Overfishing. Up to 100 million are killed for meat and fins each year. This means hundreds of species are now on the brink of extinction, including the iconic hammerheads. We need to act fast, or else we will lose them entirely.
SAVE OUR SHARKS AND RAYSMangroves are vital to dolphins as they provide nursery grounds for fish, shelter, and rich feeding areas. The dense roots protect juvenile marine life, offering dolphins abundant prey. Mangroves improve water quality by filtering pollutants, essential for dolphin health, and protect coastlines from erosion, maintaining stable habitats.
